Job Description
Organize schedule and dispatch workers and work crews, as well as equipment and service vehicles according to requests, specifications or needs
Serve as the central communication contact for mine production and safety
Capture, validate and record mine site data, shift and production reports
Monitor traffic and heavy equipment through video cameras to ensure efficient use
Receive, prepare and relay work orders, messages and information to and from work crews, supervisors and field inspectors
Facilitate decision-making for mine management and engineering crew
Provide accurate information to ensure informed production decisions
